I just recently had a Meet and Greet with her and told her my story. She said this was one of her best songs she ever wrote. Even though I was raised in the gospel since I was 5, I had never had a real relationship with God. It felt amazing, it felt more than just peace, it was like I had finally found a true purpose for my life. My spiritual hasn't been easy though. When we pass the Red Sea, I knew the desert was going to be on the other side, but I never expected it to be so so hard. Pray for me, please. I've been on and off in my relationship with God. But by faith I know that he will finish his work on me like Mandisa's song Unfinished says, I'm just unfinished and it's not the end.
