It would be really nice if they made the Mayonnaise with Olive Oil or Avocado Oil, or Coconut Oil or Palm Oil or Soybean Oil or anything other than industrial GMO refined seed oils that through industrial chemical processing like oil refining or making automotive paint, seed oils that are high in trans fats or fats that easily oxidize when heated or unhealthy inflammatory OMEGA 6 oils instead of obviously scientifically metabolically healthier OMEGA 3 rich oils that I mentioned previously. Yes, I already buy Avocado or Olive Oil based Mayo at Safeway and know that these are options, but there should be health warning labels on the unhealthy kind that help people navigated the shelf to the healthier versions. If they put warning labels on Beer, Wine, Spirits and Tobacco, then they should put the same kinds of obviously health warning labels on UPF and any items containing Trans Fats or Omega 6 fats known to cause increased inflammation given that chronic inflammation the basis of Heart Disease and many brain disorders that rob people of their memory and executive function in later years after eating industrial refined seed oils in their diet all along, thinking such are healthy because they have the AHA heart logo, which is an absurdity, on the front product label!
You seriously need something to do with your time because you think too damn much! Life is great, you live only once, so embrace it and enjoy all the fine things that life has to offer because once you’re gone you’ll never enjoy mayonnaise again, no matter what oil is in it. 😂😂😂

Never in my life have I seen someone over-think Mayonaise. Just leave the original recipe.

The canola oil goes through more industrial processes than motor engine oil, and not healthy to consume. Soybean oil is ok by comparison!
