How to make Gujarati Khandvi at home. This is a no fail recipe by Chef Kanak, in which she teaches an easy and homemade version of making Khandvi.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup besan/gramflour around 100 gms
1/2 cup dahi/yogurt
1.5 cups water
Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger green chilly paste
2-3 pinches heeng/asafortida
TEMPERING:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds/rai
1/2 tsp sesame seeds/til
6-8 curry leaves
2 green chillies chopped
Some fresh grated coconut
Some fresh coriander

Ur guidence really worked👍 i hav only one suggestion tht u need yo be really fast after u prepare khandwi dough bcoz if u nt ready nd switch off flame it may make dough more tight which is unrequired. So U can prepare plates with oiling before u switch off the flame*
