Great upper back stretch for anyone who has pain near the web of the neck and shoulder blade. Hold for 1-2 minutes multiple times per day. Important stretch for anyone who uses a mouse at a computer all day long.

So, I have seen physios, chiropractors and osteopaths for 10 years, and yet I still have continuous pain and knots in this exact spot, despite exercise, yoga and stretching every day. This video just popped up in my feed, and it has completely released a gigantic ball of misery in just 1 minute. Holy shit. Thank you man, seriously. This is life changing.

Just wanted to confirm: immediate relief! Had what feels like a knot under or just next to my right shoulder blade, radiating pain up the right side of my neck. This stretch really gets into the afflicted area and is way better than rubbing the spot with a ball all day

Hi! Thanks for your helpful informative videos😍🙏
Question: what do you think the likelihood is of getting a pinched never in my neck from lifting really heavy/cumbersome items repetitively over my head while balancing on something kind of wobbly?
Ever since that day I have had a terrible pain in the left side of my body between my neck and shoulder... And often times my fingers go numb. Sometimes with like a shooting zapping or painful sensation down my arm. And nearly every morning when I wakeup the fingers on my left hand are numb and painful....and sometimes in both hands.
      Sorry for the long question.🤷🏼‍♀️😕

Unbelievable, I've been dealing with this pain for years it was getting so bad I was about to go see a doctor and I have never gone to the doctor for anything less than a broken bone. I truly grateful to the man who made this video. I feel silly I didn't figure this out sooner. Thank you sir you are much appreciated ♥️

I have been experiencing this pain from few days, and literally after doing this streching not even for 30 seconds, I felt that my pain reduced tremendously. It was a life saver bcz I was not able to sleep at nights due to this pain and was bound to take pain killers just to sleep.

Incredible! I have recurring pain in this area. I got it the first time a few months ago immediately after a(n easy) lift. I thought I had pulled something or got an overuse injury. My doctor suggested a pinched nerve--i had maybe overdone it on my lift. It went away but yesterday after my run it came back with a vengeance! I couldn't even turn my head. I've been looking desperately for answers to what seemed like an impossible question. 100% had that "that's the spot!" moment. Thank you!!

This is awesome, I recently felt this agonizing pain while only working out and found this stretch as an awesome remedy. In particular it is only when I lift stuff with my arms straight out. I felt it while doing skull crushers and it felt amazing to feel the stretch in the directed area. Thanks a ton!

I just started a new position, I transitioned from the warehouse to the front sales office. My second week I started getting this pain. I’m pretty active after work, I go to the gym 5/6 days a week. I’m considering going back the the warehouse, it kept me pretty limber, the work was pretty physical. Humans aren’t built for office work settings. In a short amount of time, I can definitely tell the toll it’s taking on my body, not being active for those 9 hours a day. Hopefully this stretch helps.
