Thank you ma'am you are perfect by ur speech. But just like to know if we want to deliver the cream cake how to make it stable especially during summer. On TH-cam I saw people mix icing sugar with cornflour in a pan with cream and when it cools they mix it with liquid cream again. Donot really work
