Awesome grip! I have those purple ACE's on my Andy Anderson deck and love them. I also have a Dark Lord that should be arriving on my doorstep today that I am trying to figure out the grip on. Going to try the new ACE AF1 77's on it.
@@richardpatmoreart7099 as an 80's kid that skated, I have a hopeless need to make sure my set up looks good. My first deck back into was just a random set up to get back out, but I have a couple other set ups that I took the time to match up. I was lucky enough to get the purple ACE's when they dropped. They look great on the Anderson Flight Deck.
Im about to do a spiderweb grip on a Spiderman themed board that I hydro-dipped. THIS WAS HELPFUL!! I never thought about getting Adobe involved with my skateboards, but as far as producing them, I'm a total rookie. I see you're pretty advanced in your methods.
Sounds awesome! Especially the hydrodipping, been wanted to try that as well. Illustrator was helpful to work up various options quickly before committing to gripping the board.
Just subscribed, I do a lot of random stuff with my griptape, like ripping/cutting it up and putting it on to make it feel better... But yeah, I love it, I really dig your spiderweb gripart, I don't have a computer, so I just do everything on the fly, or "Free hand" I guess, but yeah I JUST got a welcome darklord, I have been waiting for one of these to pop up, and I finally saw a couple at my local so I grabbed both, haha.
Awesome! I just really wanted to plan this one. Knew I wanted a spider web to play off the graphic on the bottom. I only did it to see how complicated I wanted to go. Less expensive that way in case I messed it up. Ha ha. Did you get the one with the three tiger heads? I love the dark lord shape/graphics and getting more and more used to riding a bigger board.
That was some next level grip prep. Killer set up!
🔥 the sickest set up I’ve ever seen man
Thank you!

Awesome! Did you get the one with three tigers heads on it? Love that graphic. Also dig my ace trucks as well!
@@richardpatmoreart7099 I did grab that one! Yes! I am also pretty happy with it. Waiting on ACE to restock the black 66 AF1s to try out on this
@@amaximus167 very cool! I waited for the purple ones to restock as well. Probably took me 6 months to find all the pieces I wanted.

Sick setup man. Hope your enjoying your skating❤️
sick colorway!!!
id hate to see that get dirty. btw you missed to jagged one side of the grip, lime color, mid part of the deck.
That’s funny, I didn’t even notice until my wife pointed it out recently as well. Ha ha.
Such a small & insignificant thing to point out.
Sick ass shape. I'm more on the scramskii side of things but sick board

@@richardpatmoreart7099wouldn’t that water log the board
@@clxyt1154 I would guess but I’ve never tried. Sounds like they had already done it so assume it worked out.🤷♂️

Nice video. Cool technique. Seems like the photoshop was overkill but looks like it may have been part of the inspiration for the grip design.
I used to use paint thinner and a paint brush to draw designs on my grip tape. Then where ever I had "painted" the grip tape would come off.
Looks amazing! Did your scissors get ruined though?
Thank you! Yes, not as sharp as when I first started. I recommend using inexpensive ones, the pair I used was from the dollar store.
Sick azz board
Rad
👌
no bearing spacers?
I don’t get the point of bothe the board shape and the rails
Stick with popsicles...if you don't understand, you never will.
🛹🔥
Have you seen someone doing kickflips with that deck ? I’d like to buy it but I’m a small dude 😂
Any deck can be kickflipped.
