I love that this gives the band a chance to shine. No fancy foot work, not spot light on the singer, all about the band and their solos. They deserve it for all their immaculate skill.
Recordings of the live shows don't do them justice. They bring along a very good and very loud sound system, and the crowd makes a ton of noise, which the band plays around.
This recording doesnt. Look up some of their other recordings. THeir karlstorbahnhof concert was a pretty awesome recording. idk. the guy who mastered this one needs to step up his game

The next release by Caravan Palace should be a Blu-Ray disc of their concert tours. Like the best bands of all time, they are best experienced live, and their recordings don't do them justice.
Friend just bought us tickets tonight for the Fox Theater show on 2/11/22. I saw them live with her at the same venue on 10/21/19 - they are awesome live!
I wonder how famous they are is Paris...... Also this is a much better change then the trash I'm used to ((no offense to people that make stuff on the radio, and to the people who like it)) Its real
They're from France, so they're more popular there than they are in the States. Electro Swing is big in Europe. And I 100% agree about your comment about radio trash!
Kotonen Nelson amazing. I will never forget "Mighty" as they challenged and lead the entire mob of people to jump for the duration of the song. the energy was insanely fun
If I remember correctly, this was one of if not the last songs they played, and their set was insanely long. Just as an audience, we were exhausted by this point.
Xavier, I think you misread the dude's comment. He's saying he wishes they could have a bigger audience than they have now. Basically, he wants the act to breakthrough into the mainstream without compromising their artistic integrity.

After being together almost 15 years, big is their sound volume. Zoe was about 26 when they started. Outstanding music for 2019.
