Appreciate the effort you put into actually showing the moves step by step. not just performing them. Awesome job.

He is literally the only Coach i could find on youtube who actually does explain it step by step in a very detailed way.
Hands down, best grappling coach on youtube.

This is a good coaching video, not just showing the technique, but actual mistake people make and ways to correct them.

I love this beginner video!! I really like your channel as a whole. I would love to see more beginner videos. Im new to bjj and cant really apply all of the advanced moves/techniques. So seeing a beginner video that I can apply is really great! Thanks!

Great wrestling video. Pin or Ground & Pound, either way it's pretty much finished. Love the Double Overhook version of Inside Trip. Never thought you can also hit it from there.

This is one of the few techniques I have had the opportunity to practice at my wrestling club before we shut down.
But I really appreciate the demonstration using true beginners for live troubleshooting. Not enough instructors do this!

Coach this version of the inside trip uses dysfunction of the knee joint, which causes the "read" on the takedown and the subsequent step out. Have you ever looked into inducing hyperfunction instead? Love your videos especially the bjj counters to common wrestling moves.

This is probably Yoel Romero's highest percentage takedown.
