Terrible game. I had this, but it just feels silly to play again to defeat the necromancer once you defeated him. Having to decide beforehand on all the parameters, you need to sum them up in order to calculate your difficulty setting, then choosing heroes, and seeing how this specific combination plays out, is not a game but some soulless, pointless simulation. And the dice have corners so they roll like shit. The rulebook is bad and incomplete, specific situations have to be houseruled. Takes forever. Victory point games, for me never again.
I've played a few more times since, nothing particularly memorable. Played multiplayer, pretty easy to teach, at least. But yeah, not a go-to solo game for me.
Sounds like you weren't crazy about this one but were reluctant to say it! Functional is good but it didn't sound very fun
Board Game Inquisition yeah, for the money, the game just wasn't up to par. But I still like it!
Perhaps you should try nemos war.
@@kosterix123 I have! Top-notch solo stuff there... :)
