What will be the outcome, a suit for specific performance of unregistered agreement was entered by and between the parties was decreed by court and later the heirs of judgement debtors files seperate suit against the decree holder for that the decree is nullity as because the suit was filed against dead person, the court decreed the suit in favour of legal heirs of d the deceased and that order was challenged in appeal and appellate court affirmed the order passed by lower court and now the buyer intends to file seperate suit for specific performance against said legal heirs of deceased, whether the said agreement would be impounded for stamp duty. Pls enlight me and course of action.
Hi Sir, An agreement was made in 1996, saying that within the mentioned date remaining amount should be given to seller and seller will come for registration. Buyer had given total amount within the mentioned date, but we asked seller orally multiple times for registration and seller timepassed these many years and now he is not coming for registration and telling I didn't sold the property. Please tell me what should we do if we paid all the amount and seller not coming for registration. Thanks sir.

Property buying issue. Property is in the name of Joseph and sons. But the Deed has only the name of Joseph as absolute owner. Should I pay all heirs equal . Or divid and pay his 3 sons one third and the rest to the sons and 2 daughters
