Literally the only part of the thumbnail that is similar to yours is the "Forget Runway, This Is Free" everything else different, so with all due respect Samson your channel is full of thumbnails that are similar to others too. I mean unless you invented the dumb expression while pointing at something or the text with an arrow underneath which we both know you didn't then I don't really think you have a right to moan about others.
At this time yes as long as you don’t deep fake celebrities like politicians. There’s a check mark that says AI altered content, not required yet for most things but in the future it maybe.

Did you promoted your video through Shorts or ads or did you just uploaded long videos to gain subscribers?
I uploaded long ones only and everything is organic
