This person feels that its just to difficult to be a profitable trader, I share how I have been able to become a profitable trader and what I plan to do now that the market seems to be having a pullback. I go through all the trades that I've made for the past 2 weeks and go over how I've made money and more importantly, how I lose money. There really is an artform to losing money, and if you can learn how to master that, you dramatically increase your chances to be a profitable trader. My wife divorced me because I put the down payment to a house money on a short term calls. I lost everything. 50k on a stupid gamble and lost my wife. I wish I never started investing
I respect you so much for even sharing that with me man. When you become an experienced investor / trader (which is inevitable over time) you will then see that the $50k loss was a million dollar lesson / reward that will help propel you towards profitability overtime. Your story is still unfolding… I believe that the best chapters are yet to come for anyone who doesn’t stop learning.

The 50k loss wasn't investing. That was gambling. 50k invested wouldn't go down to zero without selling. Unless 50k were option contracts, which expired worthless.
I lost 60% of my portfolio with terra luna. Learned a lot!
How did you scan all those that hit support yesterday? Are you searching 52 week lows?
I set alerts on some of those a couple years ago but yes I scan on TradingView
People aren’t patient because we can’t just “go on vacation” when the market isn’t having favorable conditions. We are stuck working out crap meaningless jobs.
I should’ve said that better, you’re right. Alternative sources of income when the market is unfavorable for swing traders is a blessing in pull backs. I hope your situation can get better though 🙏
The honest truth is trading just isn't for everyone. Not everyone can be a pro ball player, not everyone can be a famous singer or movie star, doctor or whatever no matter how bad one wants to. Do not believe everything you hear if it doesn't work for you and go find what does.
unfortunately you're right. like charlie munger says... if people werent wrong so often we wouldnt be so rich. investing isnt for everyone but i think w/ the right guidance anyone can become profitable (when implementing rules)
bro, the trader gave you a clue. he started trading 3 yrs ago. people go to college for over 4 yrs to learn how trading works. this dude most likely trade from ground zero with no knowledge of trading so of coarse he will lose his money for a few years. people always want the easy way out. in order to trade well, people have to put in the work to teach themselves how to trade. 95% of traders will lose money, but how you minimize your lost is the key to success. knowing when to take a lost before it goes to sht.

Brutal honestsy this cat fersure isnt right however he states it and moves on meaning if its a loss loss its aloss he asses his trade publicly and moves on this shit is hard ur going to loose money period and rite now this market is full of wolves shrink ur amount ur tradiming rite now this market is nt the market 10 days ago that ship has offically sailed good day and goood trades
Thank you for the kind words. I still could be a scammer lol… but I hope the examples of me looking back at the charts in the past helped illustrate my strategy better.

Trading has also destroyed my life comletely and my discipline eludes me but i still believe in the future i can change i just have gone through years of drawdown etc.

I traded, and pretty much like everyone else. Luckily, not much for me. Im just doing the long term 20 - 30 yr hold method; i dont think many can lose that route.

Hey brother, don’t beat yourself up about BNGO. Still holding because I refused to sell. I did so much research I got too emotional and believed to much in the company and not the science behind trading. I was up big and didn’t sell, like you said, hindsight 20-20. Much rather be in your position than mine haha
