      My skeptical and rational journey led me to become an atheist, anti-theist and anti-Judaist (the Jewish religion is a major reason why other primitivities exist; Christianity and Islam). I dislike all religions, and I dislike Judaism the most.

    • @methodius8472
      @methodius8472 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Torah is nothing more than a compilation of primitive writings compiled by different authors, and the modern scholarly consensus is that no such Moses figure existed (or that an Exodus event ever happened). Absolutely no Egyptian document records such a major event as the Exodus describes (it was nothing more than a pretentious history written for a pretentious people (the Israelites were originally Canaanites; self-hating Canaanites). Modern archeology, history, and chemistry are in disagreement with the biblical narratives (most of the writings in the Tanakh contradict each other, it is made up of different books by different authors with different theological doctrines). El the supreme god in the Canaanite pantheon was the original God of the Israelites (Isra"el"), YHWH was introduced to the Israelites later in history, and the Israelites grew attached to the god concept that is YHWH. They loved that concept so much that they merged El with YHWH, El was just another name for YHWH when Yahwism became dominant in Israel's early history (3,000 years ago). Modern linguistics and archeology show that the Israelites were originally Canaanites, even the Hebrew language was originally referred to in the Tanakh as the "language of Canaan", and it became known as "Hebrew" later on. The Book of Genesis was written around the time when the Jews were exposed to Zoroastrianism, and while Josiah did make Yahwism into a strictly henotheistic religion (and also may have been responsible for the creation of the immoral Book of Joshua), the Jews coming across the Zoroastrian religion transformed their religion into a monotheistic one. Most of the supposed "prophecies" in the Bible were documented much after the times they were claimed to have traditionally been put into place, and much of this is of many examples of something known as post-diction. I do not read the Torah in the traditional manner that many delusional Jews do, I prefer to take the Torah and Tanakh to a critical and skeptical approach. Your analogy was pointless, and I do not want to continue this discussion further with you, I am not in a very positive mood right now, and you are simply not worth my time.

      Also: do not lecture me in how the Hebrew Bible is different from the Christian Bible, I am well aware of the differences, and the grammar (nouns, verbs, syntactic structures etc.). I have the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia, and this is the fourth edition of the scholarly examination of the Hebrew Bible that is based off of the Leningrad Codex (Masoretic Text), I anticipate for the arrival of the Biblia Hebraica Quinta. I am also familiar with the Greek language (just as I, to an extent, know some of the contents presented in the oldest translation of the Hebrew Bible (Septuagint/LXX), and I am somewhat familiar with Aramaic (including its Syriac variants (Eastern and Western). It was already known to our forefathers that the temple will be destroyed it's not the animal that's the main thing it's keeping the Torah and having our heart connected to god, orthodox Judaism is doing just that. an example to this is rabbi mizrachi I suggest you listen to what he says

      Rhonda L no need to baptize your fallowing a made up custom the new testament is not from GD so I won't read it .gd said clearly that there's no other except him what you believe is a forum of idle worship which is one of the greatest sins . there are over 80,000 religions and cults don't be fooled . the Torah was given in front of millions of men women and children and GD said it will never be changed .

    • @mcl3004
      @mcl3004 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rhonda L if GD would want us to fallow j then GD would appear again and tell us that he is making a complete change and deleting almost all the laws and commandments that he gave.
      If he doesn't do that that means we are fallowing something that he forbids and wrote about many times not to fallow strange GDS and false prophets. People can say what they want but the truth won't change. Your belief is like the rest of the 80,000 that don't have a national Revelation like GD did one time and gave the Torah to the people that were living in that moment. The differents between us is that you think GD the creator of all needs js because there's no temple... We know that even without a template if we keep all the laws were still going to be OK gd doesn't need help.

      Rhonda L rabbi mizrachi has many lectures in Divine information.com and all over TH-cam and some of his lectures talk about your questions . prayer isn't enough you need to keep the seven laws that the Gentiles were commanded to keep . if your mother is Jewish then you are a Jew and you need to keep all the laws that are written in the Torah there are obviously more details ... Well... he's not stupid, he's just rationing it out, he's asking questions, which is a sign of intelligence, and someone G-d wants us to do. This is a good thing, and hopefully, R. Mizrachi makes an imprint on him.

    The designer is a nice man, his understandings are secular, everything derives from that orientation. He doesn't want to be called a hillbilly by his friends by acknowledging G-d, so let him be happy. At worst he is misguided but still he must acknowledge his souls. It has been said that fashion is a death every change of clothes. I am sure Hashem loves this man and will eventually make him aware. As for Rabbi Mizrachi, his arguments are so quietly simple that only a secularist could be confused. But as for the designer (ironic huh?), his outer boundaries are science, and science's opinions are flavor of the day, as are the dictates of the fashion world. So I understand that too. Mr. Hakakian is a decent man and his behavior is good, so with such a man you can have differing opinions over a period of days. His emphasis is on reconciling Torah to secular learning; Torah doesn't change, we don't investigate G-d.

    The guess cannot prove anything because he is influence by self qualified scientists..... no one can check scientists. after they die. Others scientists looking in the same topic and found different results, and it goes on and on.... I will pray for such minds to be humbled by their Creator, and that the truth be revealed to them, with love, Blessings.

    It looks like any opinions against Mizrachi are deleated. Probably this too. I personally dislike his manipulative style. Also, I agree at least 99% of experts say from multiple proofs that the world is billions of years old. Light from stars from the other side of our galaxy have been triangulated to have traveled for 100000 years ago. from the furthest galaxies: 15 billion years. Humans are 200000 years old. Jericho and Gobekli Tepi are 11000 years old. Life is about 4 billion years old. There are many incredible dating systems.

    Great job Rabbi. There are two types of people Judges and Lawyers. Judges are genuinely looking for the truth whereas Lawyers don't care they just want to convince others. Before conducting a debate always get a commitment from the other to have an open mind and have a discussion as to what would constitutes proof. I can't help but think that the opposition just doesn't want to feel stupid and accept your argument. You must first address his ego.

    Actually Stephen Hawking who accepts the Big Bang theory, explicitly stated that the creation of the universe was (as Judaism teaches) ex nihilo, meaning something from nothing, however, Hawking stated that it happened without God, just by accident. Hawking is dead, but I assume his ALS affected his mind when he made this nonsensical supposition.

    It looks like rabbi tooth was hurting him . Because the Rabbi kept touching same tooth . It’s probably a sign for stop talking to him it’s not getting anywhere. And GD doesn’t want you to speak to him anymore because he is out of this world if he say that Torah made by people . Sorry , I do not make fun of anyone but artists and designers are their only specialty . Just like Rabbi has his specialty ! It’s like Rabbi making better designer clothes than this man . It is like Rabbi should debate with fashion with this guy . Rabbi will not know much about fashion . So this guy know nothing ! And it is funny how the guy kip-a kept falling off . Lol it’s like GD was smacking it off his head lol

    Why would anyone want anything to do with Judaism? Out of the Rabbis mouth, I draw attention to his video on the Noachide laws, a righteous Gentile under the system of Judaism is punished with death if he steals anything. A Jew only has to pay back double what he stole. Does this sound just to any sane.person?

    The first problem is two gentlemen arguing in a second language. Which brings us to the next problem, defining terms. Only later did Rabbi Mizrachi start talking about "objective science" versus "speculative science." Which isn't science. If he explained this at the beginning it would have save 20 minutes of arguing on creation because what the professor kept calling "science science science" isn't science but GUESSING by scientist. Who better to guess, he would argue, but it opens the door for all the fudge factors, inconsistencies, and the AGENDAs of the scientists. Mizrachi would have established he is not being offered proof.
    I know what Rabbi Mizrachi is saying and I know HE knows what he is saying but when the professor says he does not understand Rabbi Mizrachi should not answer I told you 3 times. He should find other words to express it. [See problem number one.]
    Rabbi Mizrachi was really at fault for not clarifying enough, he really didn't let the professor speak as much as he should have [and said he would]. And he averted having to clarify better by saying its not about you and me but about the audience. That wasn't right.
    I could speak with the designer and, agree or not, he would say he understands, and Rabbi Mizrachi would say "I TOLD YOU THAT," because he did but not in a way that was understood by him.
    When the designer would respond to the Rabbi's proofs about the Torah or Talmud with, "well I'm not sure who wrote it and when it was written and I'm trusting you it says that but...," that is exactly what should have been given back to the designer when he was quoting "science" as if it were a proven fact but was only built up speculation by the same who said that, when, what formula fudging, presumptions, assumptions, etc.
