Once again, you nailed it beautiful card beautiful colors in that card I wrote those colors down. I'm gonna try to do something like that with those colors if I can find them anyway thank you so much for sharing and thank you for showing us the color wheel love the color wheel.
Beautiful, Thanks Lynn
That was a super video - what a shame to have to cover up so much of the gorgeous colored snowflakes. Who would have thought that card would have been as doable as it is without that great demo of it. The color combination was perfect!
Thanks Lynn- I have a question- what is the difference between first using blending brushes with different colors and then on top of that heat embossing the snowflakes versus the emboss resist technique?
Great question! You really end up with the same result regardless of whether you emboss or ink blend first. However, if you want a more targeted ink blend, I recommend embossing first. That way you can target the ink to specific embossed images.
LYNN I had a question about SU cardstock. I wanted to get some of the greens and blues, and I was wondering if they are heavyweight (100 lb. or 120 lb) or if they were just like 60 lb. like the stuff in Hobby Lobby. Are they heavy enough to use as a card base? Thank you in advance.
Yes good for bases.
@@LJVD58 thanks
Great question! Yes, the Stampin' Up! cardstock is heavy enough to use as a card base. Stampin' Up! cardstock is 80lb weight
@@StamptasticDesigns good to know. Thank you so much.
