Nice desgn - appreciate it. BUT one of my pet peeves is- create a new slide and delete all the content. No! Just select the blank slide layout. If not, when you change the template, your “shortcut” will come back to bite you. Decades of experience speaking, here.
That actually is a very useful tip, never thought of it that way. Applying that to my next recordings 🙏💜 Thanks a lot

If you later apply another template with the same layout name (eg “Title slide”) that has, say, a title text box and a subtitle text box, PowerPoint will often assign those properties (fonts, colours, even layout) to random text elements on your slide. You’ll find your carefully-designed and formatted slide instantly rearranged in ways you neither expected nor wanted. This is a particular problem when you’re pulling together slides from different sources and trying to apply a consistent look and feel.
Fully agree, it’s a pain when mixing templates, which happens often
