I decided to stop eating my feelings tonight and to process a recent heart/break. Hearing this performance outside this context I'm positive I'd still be moved. but it is absolutely wild how amazingly fitting this is for my mood now. this song set to accordion is so ...I don't have a word for it. I suppose this song always feels to me like a combination of longing wistfulness mixed with pleasant nostalgia of bittersweet memories. these vocals mixed with the (two?) accordion sounds are so fantastically fitting for this song. Thankyou so much for this rendition.
