Hello Pete, I wondered if you watched Joe's videos. Big fan of your channel, I bought one of these GKs after your video way back. Condolences on your puppers. I'm a knife, chicken, and dog nut as well so I love your content.
I watched yours and got several Hultafors tools and am very pleased. So thanks. It helped to know what abuse they can take. This, the chisel and the electrician's knife useful ...not overly pretty perhaps!
I have this knife for about 2 years now, just as a camping tool-with fire rod and all this useless gadgets. Today I was chopping firewood for the night. My axe broke - the wooden handle. Not thinking for too long,I grabbed my hultafors GK plus a regular hammer and start batoning that wood. It wasn't easy due to the size of this knife, but I did the job. Vale mucho más de lo que cuesta....
si es la verdad!
Just discovered your channel. Binge watching your reviews like a Netflix series. Just bought one of these and the Mora Robust for my assault pack. Excellent work brother. I miss Germany…good times.
hey, thanks a lot!!! Netflix...haha, i got hooked with "Stranger Things"
Great job Joe! Test some Fox knives: I recommend the "sherpa" as a fixed blade and the "core" as a folder. I own both of them. Good life!
thanks!
Sehr robust. Hatte ich auch einmal, bin trotzdem bei Mora geblieben, da mir der Griff bei Hultafors überhaupt nicht gefällt.
mora robust is coming soon!!!
Same here. Mora rules.
The handle but also the steel. Better slicer...Keen edge...and also sharp tip.
The Hultafors GK hasn't got a sharp tip. And the edge has a heavy secondary edge. For rough construction work..
you could resharpen that edge with a rock and i'd get razor sharp in minutes
WAUW
yeah!
