Maybe consider taking the sawzall blades out of the jigsaw box and put it in the box with the sawzall? And maybe take the multi tool blades out of the jigsaw box and put it in the box that the multi tool stays in? Just a thought

    Nice job on thr install!
I've been using packout for 4 years.
Do yourself a favor and get drawers and the "cabinet" for tracksaw/circular saw.
Saws will have to be sideways, and you don't want to turn drawers sideways..so loading will be a little different.
    I went from two 4ft stacks,down to a single 3 ft.
    Cabinet, 3 drawer,and a 2 drawer.

Also I would invest in a SH Drawer Jig. I’ve used it for years doing cabinet refacing hardware installation. Look it up. Your work looks great. ( new subscriber)

I see you use tap on screws. A trick I learned years ago is to predrill the hole then knock in wood dowels 3 to 4 inch deep and just screw cabinets as usual.

I place my sawzall blades in the center channel if the clear cases. Since they are long. Since that's where my expendables are.
I do find your layout really interesting. Mine's nowhere near yours.
Like I have the drill top and it has my bits and my drill and my M12 oscillating tools. My channel locks a lot of my hand tools are in that one box.
Then I have a three stack drawer and a three stack drawers. I have my more precision tools like combination squares u scribe jigs gauge finders angle finders things like that, and the drawers on top and I have some clamps at the bottom door and then in the middle. I have my touch up paint material so like brushes and things like that are there including the caulk gun.
And the bottom one is a two pack drawer which has my pocket. The router hole saws are in there and it's compartmentalized and then Milwaukee bit set which is customized to the bits and do dads that I need.
So and then in the second drawer it's my 18 gauge brad nailer and then 23 gauge.
So it's like in category and it's something that I take for almost every job these three.
Then I have an XL pack out which has my circular saw jigsaw nail guns that I don't normally use so they're kind of in that box.
I think everything else will miter saw that table saw is about the same except I have the cys 50 as the table saw, I have a metabol agency 10 inch cordless.
So what I'm saying is it's I find it interesting to use a lot of the ammo cans to have like your planner and things like that. But I also see that there's things that I carry that you don't carry etc. So great video. Just wanted to share mine 😅

I'm wondering if you have tried the m12 multi tool, m12 planer, m12 jigsaw(new)? all are step ups for working in tight spaces and precision.

I sold Bl Makita (to big) for m12 omt.
Makita is extremely quiet and huge.
M12 is equally as fast ,1/2 the head size and just slightly louder.
