Trail Food: Scones & Freeze Dried Eggs

We show how to freeze dry and powder eggs that need no refrigeration when taking them on the trail. We also show how we use powdered eggs to make a scone mix that we take dry to make up at camp, or make at home and take the baked scones with us on our trail trips.
