4-3-17 (30 Day Water Fast Update) The last and only meal I ate on Friday 4-31-17 was at noon. I had a pork tenderloin sandwich and an order of curly fries, and it was oh so good! (Okay, not exactly health food I know that), but thus why I need a water fast! LOL! The morning of that day, I weighed in at 212 lbs. My goal weight is between 170 and 175 lbs. I am a very soon to be sixty one year old guy, who is 5' 9" tall. So far my "distilled water only" fast is going GREAT! I have not been hungry at all since I started it. I'll try and put together a vid tomorrow with some stone cold sexy "before" body pictures! Ha!
