I’ve heard so much about BGC! Back in my day (and I haven’t been home for some time), people would talk about Fort Boni. It was the place to be. Is that right next to BGC? BGC looks really clean and tidy! I also like the greenery! I wonder if they purposely made sure that the metro transit is far from the city to discourage homelessness, street vendors and peddlers. The Metro market market logo looks similar to the Gaisano Malls logo in Cebu (my hometown). I wonder if they’re the same company. I too have dual citizenship and was advised to get a Philippine passport. Enjoyed the video! God Bless!

Yes FB is part of BGC, as well as the old McKinley Hills area, owned formerly by the US Army then the Philippine Army. I give Manila credit for doing a good job managing all this development and enforcing the rules to keep loud trikes and jeepneys out of the area. It’s definitely a city built by Filipinos for Filipinos.
The place to be! No place in the Ph that is flood free. Burgos circle has an underground cavity that flushes out any water underground all the way to Manila Bay. Remember now this was a military base. The underground bunker is designed as an escape route of the soldiers during WW2. Also the electricity in BGC is pretty much guaranteed 24/7 because of the call centers that’s all over BGC. America’s top 4 banks that does not operate in PH are here because the entire worldwide operations of Wells Fargo, B of A, Citibank, Chase/Morgan Stanley are here. It can’t afford to shutdown not one minute. Singapore’s Cloud storage is beginning to pile up here. No place in PH that has this infrastructure. The builder that’s started BGC 30 years ago is my buddy. So all the secrets are out! Case close!
Its a lot Cheaper Outside the BGC, Makati and Alabang Districts!! Provincial Cities offer a much, much Cheaper Alternative Lifestyle!! Try trekking those unbeaten paths for much more Colourful Tropical Journey, my fair-skinned brother.😊❤🎉
Thanks for the suggestion my friend but this Kano has lived in Zamboanga for a few months, visiting Jolo a few times too for humanitarian relief operations. Got the provincial life covered. As a 30 year retired US military guy I’ve got more than my fair share of living on banig mats and dirt floors. As an old 60 year old guy it’s my turn for aircon and good mattress’s.

You put money there and pay all your bills (including restaurants), transfer funds, invest in the stock market, donate to charity, use it to pay amazon, etc etc. That's why I don't understand why some people complain about paying their bills. Even local banks here have apps where you can pay your bills

I am a Filipino now living in the US(SC). My son was in Desert Storm as a Marine.
There are 18 BGC - like in M.Manila . The best are Ayala Center , Aseana Bay Area , Ortigas Center , BGC , and Alabang .
