you just open your game folder and then you open your textures folder then you delete the bg icon and after that you put a new bg icon there which must be in a jpg format that's it it's simple also if you want to change the background for the menu you do the same but this time you rename the pic to bg_menu and for the background of the deck edit you rename it to bg_deck
