@@math_boi_4217 we don't have enough world class players if Chelsea want to put an end to this they have to do what Manchester City do and that is get proven stars that are good enough to win something NOW not "potential" Manchester United tried that with Lingard, Rashford, Martial and even Pogba and 5 years later they're all still the same skill level only thing better is Rashford's end product and that's not saying much because he used to be a 6 goal a season player so players in their prime need to be signed over "prospects"

Werner and Kai were very good about a month or 2 ago. They’ve been pretty poor since. Hopefully they pick up some form

That Werner at Southampton was just a glimpse of his brilliance. I was begging every game to witness it again, but to no avail for the reason that we all know too well.

You didn't state a formation but if that's 4-3-3 that is already our current formation. We should switch between 4-3-3 and 4-2-1-3 depending on match or circumstance within a game imo
can't agree more. But still we have to stop crossing all the time. So predictable, lack of creativity in the middle
@@mohdamin7680 Worst thing is that we have the perfect players to play a system that includes crossing from the full backs plus Pulisic's dribbling plus Ziyech's passing and don't forget Giroud's aerial threat and hold up play🤯
I think we just have to give the squad and Lampard time this season to utilise those avenues in an overwhelming way because we have a potentially world class squad in our midst.
Edit: I forgot to mention Hudson-Odoi, that last match he played was so significant for him. The only difference I saw from his was his confidence and intensity on the pitch which changes everything. I hope he has some minutes in Chelsea's next match, consistency is key.
Swap out Mount for Havertz, Zouma for Christensen, Kante for Jorginho and Lampard for a competent manager

#4 - traveled from California (solo) to see that game. I still remember how electrifying Giroud's goal was - and the standing "o" for him when he was subbed off.

Gilmour is such an exciting player, wish he got selected more often. We need that creativity in the middle of the field to create chances, rather then going out wide and crossing, hoping someone gets at the end of it.

This is great and all. As a cable-cut fan in the US, I’ll not be able to see the the fantastic highlights in 2021 due to NBC’s bait and switch policy of pulling games from their streaming service (Peacock) that are aired on their cable channel. Hopefully, the EPL takes that into account in the next negotiations. Maybe I’ll get lucky and they’ll move to CBS so I can watch Chelsea in league action and Champions League on the same platform!
