I was so happy to be here in person, back to back 5 game series. What a weekend. Can't wait to watch league live again in the future! Having a huge crowd just does not compare to online tournaments.
I miss when League was like this - this series was INSANE, and it felt way less like the back forths were a result of "NA clown fiesta" and more of just the teams constantly outplaying one another and making insane reads. Everything happened so FAST. Amazing series.

He did nothing and died without using his ult or his Hourglass and that INT single handedly lost his team the game
Because it's not game changing... only game changing glitches can trigger a remake.. ekko took like 200 damage there and not ended up dying anyway.. he had to recall anyway there were 3 members of TSM coming there and he used his ult
biofrost should have gotten mvp. hauntzer did great first 3 games. but man bioforst saved tsm's ass twice where they could have been aced. his nami in g5 was game changing.

I think i was just looking at how in game 3,4 and 5 C9 came back actually challenged tsm in their early game. so TSM's way to catch up was through macro plays and TF prowess. hauntzer did well although he wasnt as rich in term of gold as he was in g1 and 2. but i felt like biofrost in the last two or 3 fights prevented these fights from an ace because these fights were so close and the death timers were already long.
All I'm saying is there was an absurd amount of "C9 take my energy spam" so I couldn't even see chat. But they suddenly disappeared when TSM won which was funny
SPOILER 47:51 (41.41 in game) C9 are ahead 5k gold. 3 kills, 2 turrets ahead. Everyone but Ray is ahead of their counterpart. 1 minute later they have lost the game.
If you look closely, you can see bio threw his ult and bubble right after Jensen died, so it wasn't the bubble that cc'd Jensen. The bubble hit Ray during his dismount annimation
I miss when league was like this, close games, BOTH TEAMS skilled not just 1 team inting, coordination and not 5 broken champs every game, no sitting waiting to scale, both teams always trying to do something
I think Jensen only used zonya once. 33:27 which was like a minute and quarter (at 27;17) after buying zonya's. after that he never used it again which was really critical during the 47:55 he never used it for like 14 minutes this cost them the game... not just any game, the last of game of the whole 2017 spring.
The finals this split (2020 spring) will probably be boring, as C9 is the only team that is legit. I am watching this game in hopes that summer of 2020 will be better. I hope that Covid-19 ends, I hope that TSM and TL are able to strengthen themselves to match the seemingly unmatched strength of C9. As a lover of the LCS, I'm cheered up by watching this game 🤗
Biofrost and Bjersen completely won that last fight. Biofrost narrowly bubbled Jensen and Bjersen got a stun on him that just one shotted him. You can't Ekko ult or zhonyas through Namis bubble or bjersen stun. GG
he 100% landed bubble. Watch biofrost throw the bubble and land it before bjergsen explodes jensen. Not sure what the outcome would have been if bio didnt land the bubble but he definitely landed the bubble.
I don't understand why c9 didn't just push lanes instead of trying to contest elder dragon. They had baron buff and Ray had TP up as well. I feel like they could have gotten most, if not all the inhibitor towers, then could have just waited for the elder dragon buff to wear off on TSM before starting another fight.
They both took damage, ekko and lulu so it is not just a visual bug, but a gameplay bug aswell. C9 won the trade and were wining at the time so didnt bother to contest it for remake.
Timmy Lam it's been patched out in the live patch I believe. The game was played on an older patch that still had the bug. It's caused by using syndra ult on a target that then goes untargetable. The next time the ult is used it can hit both the old target and new one.
c9 played too carefully tbh, poor in game decision making. That baron teamfight went sour for tsm but they didnt get any objective AT ALL given that hauntzer was the only one alive. They couldve gotten a turret or two after that fight or even the baron since that ekko deals tons of damage and was pretty healthy.
The loss makes sense. As you can see in the tea fights, each time someone dove, they gradually got hit harder with almost no follow up. Jensen goes in? CC'd and deleted. Jay try to carry? Syndra and Turtle bursting from the back side. Try to get backside? Nami heals/stun and Syndra looks at you with her R ready. C9 has a massive dive comp, but if you disengage properly, you can use the small windows to get in pokes. C9 basically got outplayed. Good effort from both sides
Outside of Turtles ult *before* Jensen dives in no cc hit him. He was chunked to half and dived: when a syndra q and w hit simultaneously w/ a redemption hextech ultimatum w/ trinity empowered auto. It's completely his fault for being chunked to half and choosing to dive in and still not pressing R when he saw the hextech ultimatum.

best LoL grand finals than EU and Korea this season. Korean grand finals is a little boring not so much action but this TSM vs C9 game is so intense specially on game 5.
Deserved after games 1 and 2. Yeah the reverse sweep could be real, but C9 only dominated in game 4. Games 3 and 5 were too close! Now going for MSI. I feel good about that! Remember CLG made it to the finals once, so TSM can do it too. Not possible to win unless SKT for some reason get out early.

You're focused on the wrong mistake. That did not lose the game for them. They lost when they beat TSM over Baron but were then too chicken to close out the game and backed instead.

Such a heart breaking lost for C9, they had the game in their grasp but they made 3 very bad calls at the end. They should have push mid after getting Baron, thats a no brainer right? Just end it, don't give them time to respawn but they don't which leads to the next mistake. They should have not engaged in a fight with TSM when they were attacking the dragon. They got a bit cocky and carried away and they paid the price. If c9 wasn't going to push mid then just go for the dragon. Next mistake is the last two c9 players not respawning back to defend their base. Instead they took a gamble trying to win the game first. Not sure who made these calls but it cost them dearly. Pressure was all on TSM when C9 got Baron.

There was no chain CC, he just underestimated the burst from Camille and Syndra.
