"Kanako" is a word and the equivalent and translation in the Bisaya/Binisaya/Cebuano native, indigenous, ethnolinguistic, local and regional official auxiliary and common language of "me" or "to me", and is the equivalent and translation of the phrase "sa akin" or its contracted and shortened word form of "sa'kin" in the Tagalog native, indigenous, ethnolinguistic, local and regional official auxiliary and common language.
In the Filipino official, national and national common language, "sa akin" or "sa'kin" is the common and usual equivalent and translation of "me" or "to me" from the English language, but "kanako" is also treated and considered as a local and regional synonym, equivalent and translation of "sa akin" or "sa'kin", especially in predominantly Bisaya-/Binisaya-/Cebuano-speaking places, areas or regions of the Philippines such as in Central Visayas, eastern Western Visayas, western Eastern Visayas and in most of Mindanao.

"KANAKO", is a Visayan dialect from Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, where Ken hails & it means, "For Me" in English. The song is Ken's or Felip's way of being grateful to his fans or supporters & especially to God for being there for him through thick & thin, in good times & in bad, come hell or high waters. It's actually a tribute song to the Lord & his followers who are around protecting & supporting him, as always.
