Fireplace makeover with Marble tile

Description
Very easy DIY project with little demolition. Add value to your home with a quick update to the fireplace. No need for demolition as you can tile on top of the existing stone (you can remove it if you wish but that is unnecessary).
Total cost of this project:
Tile : 7 sq ft = $70 (Depends on the tile you pick)
Grout: $20
Trim: $10
Paint: $30 (we used trim paint we already had)
DryDex and Dap : $10
