my grohetherm micro is either %100 hot or %100 cold. it does not allow me to mix the water for any temperature in between full on hot or cold. any suggestions?
Hello Miikesnow, it sounds like the thermostat cadridge in the grohetherm micro is faulty. I would suggest to contact the store, where you bought the product, so they can help you :)
This product is not worth the extra cost. The touch function is irritating and so unnessacary. It is quite easy to open it with your wrist withot the touch function.
