Everyone is different , it’s just important to stick to one or the other so if you cut on the line do it on the whole scribe if next to them same applies I personally cut on the line 😊 hope that helps Sam
As a novice, cut on the waste side then sand to the line. Once you're confident in your sawing you can then cut on the line. Don't forget to take blade thickness into account too, especially if using a mitre or bench saw!
