This was just intended to illustrate how you could fill in the table once you have informed individuals, apologies if that wasn't clear in the video! The purpose was to demonstrate how the conditional formatting would easily update to reflect the status in your tracker, not that there were specific employees that we had informed.

If you're in the top cell with the formula you want repeated you press Ctrl+D and then select the rest column where you want it to populate.
