@@zaidmirza9116 is the vehicle registration under your name? I mean in the owner part is your name printed in the registration Because in border they told me if it is under your name you can travel.
All u need is visa passport and vehicle insurance along with vehicle registration card(mulkiya) and drivers license ensure no fines are there on car that's it no need any trip ticket or car passport.hope this helps

no any uae police fee...u can get ksa insurance directly from boarder

No, you can't travel. Check with your bank. I went last week and I had to come back from border. They were asking NOC from bank
