Katharine PcPhee was in my top 3 all time favorites of A.I....and till this day she gives me goose bumps when I hear her sing...She has only gotten better, like that was even possible...Love her and David Foster as the ultimate talent power couple..🥰🌹🌹🌹❤

I would have been severely disappointed if one of her best five performances did not include this glorious man, Andrea Bocelli. What an honor that had to be for her. Albeit, he makes those he is with on the stage feel as though it is his honor. What a gentleman and gentle man. I could watch him 24/7/366 I find him such a fantastic human being.

I love Somewhere from West Side Story. When I first saw this video years ago it left me speechless and reminded me why she was the first American Idol contestant to get me to vote for her. Her talent and voice are so beautiful. My favorite AI performances included the first time she sang Black Horse and Cherry Tree, and Over the Rainbow. I am so happy she has been able to maintain a career in the business. Loved her in Smash too!
I never forgot her performance of Black Horse and the Cherry Tree. It was so amazing. Over the Rainbow was fabulous as well. She should have won but what's his name got a big following and they voted for him. Then we barely ever heard about again after that.
@@debbiecampbell7169 I remember at the time “Black Horse…” was not on the Top 40 charts, so a lot of people had not heard the song. After Kat performed it, it climbed up the Top 40 charts. I am fairly certain she was credited for that climb too. That season of American Idol had some really good singers who could have won, but we got Taylor. Ugh. Should have been Kat and Chris Daughtry in the final, in my opinion, with Kat winning of course :)
