Slay the Spire June 29th Daily - Ironclad | My first time of actually relying on Reaper?

Hi All! This is my attempt at the June 29th Daily with the Ironclad. The run starts at 1:20, and yesterday's review starts at 47:32.
The modifiers for this daily are:
1. Chimera: Your starting deck is a fusion of 3 characters (3x Strike, 3x Defend, 1x Bash, 1x Survivor, 1x Zap, 1x Eruption).
2. Vintage: Normal Enemies drop relics instead of cards.
3. Big Game Hunter: Elite enemies are now swarming the Spire and will drop better rewards.
My score was 1369, which was ok. I perfected 3/12 of the possible Elites and 2/3 of the bosses.
Slay the Spire is a game created and developed by Mega Crit Games. An Early Access version was released in November 2017, and was updated almost weekly until the full release on January 23, 2019. Version 2.0 was released on January 14, 2020, which included many added relics, potions, and most importantly, the fourth character.

24:48 I think you were able to perfect book of stabbing using the gambler's brew and this one using the block potion.

38:43 I think you can kill. But still you could've gotten rid of the normality with the gambler's brew, which at this point i'm afraid it is going to stay there until the end hehe.
Fun run! but I think you could've easily perfected those 3 bosses... and yes, the gambler's brew stayed there till the end. GG!

Good point re: Block potion, but re: Gambler's brew, I was saving it for a turn when I get Normality and as a result would die, so I could get rid of it. Didn't happen, but good to have as a backup...

1459 - 8/11 elites (3, 4, 4) beyond perfect, encyclopedian (51 cards) and 2 collectors. light speed Omelet run!
in vintage runs, I prioritize a shop in act 1 - since 2 of the 3 shops were on floor 2 (boo) i took the side path with a shop on floor4, which also meant i only got 3 elites act 1. I didn't get anything too great from the shop - but boy did it make a difference, I never was worried of dying in the run - not sure how much was the 3 cards I got, and how much was the path/rng change, perfects were pretty easy (i did have to pray for a hyperbeam apparition, but it came thruugh), rng changed giving me apparitions - which were huge, well worth the cost of highlander today. apparitions meant I could basically always be in wrath - with metalicize+ and oricalcum I always was full blocking - and the 4 immolates just wrecked thing. Got overkill on nemesis with a heavy blade+ and vuln pot.
only down side was I got the pantless travelor event in act 1, and that gave me an omamori that I couldn't reject - however, I only saw 4 curses, so that wasn't really a bad thing - just it locked me out of the possibility of curses.
Never got corruption and dark embrace both in play at the same time in order to get combo - maybe I could have tried to farm that vs. deca once I killed donu, but didn't feel confident that my apparitions were going to stay in play until i got my corruption played - especailly as I was in wrath with only 53 max HP.
Wow - even with all that good stuff - I'm currently 63 - not sure what magic let people get 200 more points - I hope pelz comments with what the secret was today.

at floor 5 i took the rest instead of the elite. built the same basic deck as you but got a couple of offerings to make it through pretty much everything. and i ended up with no collectors and a duplicate curse.

1603. I did okay, but tried too hard to get highlander and missed out on any extra points from courier combo shenanigans. Tiny deck was horrible, then guaranteed fiend fire was magnificent, and everything died and all was happy and good.

i got 1546 and that's 37th as of writing, but i don't recognize any of the names that got a higher score, and usually i'm pretty familiar with names, so idk about these.
so act I was really stupid with that start, because the sentries almost killed me and was a hard fight, but i barely survived through them, i took an early upgraded fiend fire and with wrath that kinda took care of most of the other elites + the act I boss, the run pretty much improved after that with a lot of good rare card pickups, i mainly prioritized highlander because of vintage to be honest, and don't get me wrong i was considering piviting to collector bonuses after getting courier but honestly i barely had much gold on this run and would have needed more common/uncommon cards because more of the rare ones would've just costed too much, i did see 5 curses though, but most of them were duplicates i needed to remove, it might be possible to get curses with more collectors if you maybe get the normality event by sheer rng i don't know, as for the other stuff i got well fed (i only saw feed really late and darkstone periapt gave me max hp), light speed, overkill, librarian, beyond perfect, and i don't remember the number of my perfected elites i only basically remember struggling with the sentries lol.

gave up on this run. vintage seems fun with big game hunter but i got no big attack and after boss 1 i gave up

another shocker , did fantastic until the final boss fight perfecting all bosses (first turn kill on guardian which was amazing) and 7 elites and made sure i had plenty of options because of previous bad experiences with 5 potions including card draw, skill and white card potion but horrible first 3 turns, tried a million times and then accidently died ... are there any points for worst player? 🤣

Should have done that, good point. I think I was hoping to use the potion later on, but there was no reason to delay.
