- We're back with Matt of Savage Detailing and Auto Enhancements to finish up the ceramic coating and PPF on Cleetus Mcfarland's Consuela the MD500. Not only that we get to hang out with Cleetus, George, and Paul a couple days at Thoroughbred Aviation in Lexington KY. Consuela takes her first flight and it was glorious.
Hoping audio is better on this one. Matt is pretty quiet, so I brought him up and lowered everything else. My wife gave it the ok, so I guess we will see. @CleetusM @savagedetail
You guys rocked it with this paint job. An MD chopper is a natural beauty, however this art work has bumped a beautiful helicopter to a gorgeous sexy gem. Well done and thanks for sharing it with us.

I want to see Horizon Hobby make a replica RC helicopter of Consuela. It would sell like hotcakes. Everyone I know in the Hobby watches Cleetus McFarland. His channel character is incredible. Thanks for sharing and great job shinning her up.

I felt it was the only appropriate music for the video! Matt actually sent the video to Cleetus as a joke when he was on his way to KY. We had a good laugh as well! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

It was awesome seeing her for the first time when we got to Thoroughbred aviation to start the ceramic coating process. Being a big Cleetus McFarland fan made it that much sweeter!

Why can't folks take after Consuela? True, she did show up to America in a shipping container. But that aside, everything else is on the up and up. And look at her now, A proud American!! So now as long as she doesn't delete anyone, she'll be all good!! Just do things the right way!! 😁🤣🤣🤪

haha. It was pretty late when I was working on the belly. Later I thought of so many better things to say about the runs.

Dang, that paint scheme is awesome. WORTHY of a scale RC build.........1/4 scale or bigger. Horizon Hobby made the DRACO, this work of art has a place there too.

OH, man, Horizon Hobby needs to produce this. I hope it would be a kit to put my Mikado V-Bar in. Or at least sell it as an ARF. That would be so sweet! They need to do it! The UMX Draco flies so much better than the bigger Draco.
