Even ground contact pressure treated will act like a sponge and rot. Just give it about three or four years. The wood will get wet and has no way of ever drying. Pretty though, for now.
its pressure treated premium grade wood it can be on the ground, if you use standard pressure treated wood then it will rot over time but even then it will take some time for it to rot

premium grade pressure treated wood will last a longer time so its worth the money
