Remeber it depends on local law. In Poland, there's no such thing as press pass defined in law... and you absolutely need one with specific set of data to even try to take part in most government related events. So they are happy even if you print it yourself, as long as data they require (like id number, expiration date, photo, organization/person responsible, etc) is there... But indeed, people will talk differently when you approach them with ID having big "PRESS" written on red background hanging on your chest...
I just made my own press badge in March. I found several I liked on google images, combined the best parts and made my own in GIMP. I printed it on my Color Laser printer and laminated it. I put it in a lanyard and it looks super professional. Maybe I should make a tutorial and upload a gimp template to my website... what do you think?
In uk and Europe we have press union which makes the press ID or press badge for you when you join them and they verify you're an actual working journalist or freelancer which is recognised by police and other firms. It gives free museum access and galleries where the public normally pays for

It's fun getting more insights into the friendship behind the podcast. I laughed pretty hard when it seemed like Nick was clearly ready to move on from the press pass - "that's interesting". I liked the point about interviews - I've never thought about where to convey facts and information vs. where to convey emotion.

F-stoppers wrote an article about media rate bags with major US airlines - like $50 per bag up to 99 pounds each for up to 25 bags or something depending on the airline. Edit: I'm on the market for business and media cards too and it's really concerning that some companies won't make em. I just wrote Vitaprint to check out your video.

I'm using Artlist. But you can find a lot of free music with simple license rules on bensound. It is free for most purposes if you credit it in the description or video. TH-cam is also offering free music.

Some local organizations, like the NYPD (New York Police Department) offer press credentials that allow journalists to cross police barricades during emergencies, and attend city-government-sponsored events-but in my experience as a journalist, most events have event-specific credentialing and don't require me to present an "official" press card.
If it weren't a video podcast we could totally edit those out. But it is. Usually it's me just waiting for Griffin to move on to the next topic. Also there is lag so we both sometimes have to wait to make sure we don't talk over one another.
