At the end of the war, it was basically Hitler's youth vs 16yo conscripted Soviet soldiers. There is a reason both Zeon and Fed aces got triple digit kill counts during the battle of A Baoa Qu.
EFGF was also mostly a security force, along with the security branch of EFSF, they made up most of the EFF. The main fleets were powerful and well-trained but they are relatively a minority in the overall EFF with 8 fleets in total consisting less than 1/3 of all manpower deployed by the EFSF and are considered elites (as seen by EFGF grunt's reaction upon Amuro Ray, referring him to as Elite.
People hating on IGLOO, but i really like it, its focused on regular soldier with regular unit, not a special gundam. IGLOO 1 make me cry, war is cruel for a regular soldier
Even though Gundam Igloo has problems, especially ugly style, and I very much love the Moe Aesthetic for Modern Gundam. I can't help but appreciate Gundam Igloo for its extremely different take and stylization on the Gundam Series, even though we'll can probably get stuff akin to 08th MS Team or Stadust Memories in the future, we'll probably never get something like Gundam Igloo in the future, to which I say, a bit sad but makes sense, I'd like to see the more grit version of even the Cosmic Era Universe, where they focus on the worldbuilding of your everyday infantry.

Very impractical, you would always have to fire both guns simultaneously or otherwise firing one gun would cause the entire turret to swing as it isnt centered, if one gun is taken out somehow and you're left with the other, you're basically useless already

But its still seems really easy to spot them(18 m tall, never concealed) and from there whats stopping you from halting quickly, aiming(idk of laser rqngefinders are still used, or if they would work) and firing based off of eyes?

Anyways, depending on the minovsky particle concentration, the effects of the particles could range from minor inconvenience to infrared/radar/radio jamming to even diffracting visible light in the worst of cases. Sometimes even trying to target using the good old eyeball will be unreliable.

Plus, the Type-61 is mentioned here to be seriously problematic to the point of near impracticality so there's that.
this is literally the apocalypse tank from Red Alert done in NATO style so i say it's a Russian design LOL. the irony being that irl the soviet has a paper design for a double barrled tank the ST-II. th rony here is that the Russian tank desogn doctrien is to keep tanks under 50 tons for logistical reasons. NATO tanks like Abrooms have much heavier turrets due to the extra room for the crew. the sacrifice is you weight 20 EXTRA TONS, break every bridge not designed to handle you (so most bridges) and require much more fuel to run pus an extra crewman due to the lack of an autoloader.

マジレスすると現代戦車ではメリットなし。
待ち伏せ特化かつ戦闘中の再装填が難しい自走無反動砲では陸自も連装採用し、米軍ではなんと6連装(オントス自走無反動砲)を採用。
ただそれも時代の徒花となった。
連装で載せたら重いわデカイわ弾薬少ないわで利点なんざ一つも無い
速くて硬い二足歩行兵器作って必要性を生み出してくれ
