I would use a plate carrier AND a battle belt. The plate carrier for the primary, and the battle belt for the secondary and a dump pouch, as well as some utility pouches.
@@iammrbadguy9706 this is my current setup actually. Battlebelt with a harness, as I load it pretty heavy, and the ASPC fits right over it. Ditch the plate carrier in the summer, as it only holds a few extra mags, my radio, and a camelback. The belt has all the essentials
Similar here, I don't have utility pouches on it though. The good thing about this setup is that on long games when I take off the plate carrier my sidearm remains on me, I have intimate relationships with my two USP replicas, one on them is I always on me on long games. On casual skirmishes sometimes I run a micro chest rig instead of a plate carrier and probably not a USP but still on the belt.
As someone who lost 2 front teeth 1 top 1 bottom it the one shot I would highly recommend a lower face gard it might not look as cool but ether dose missing teeth not to mention having to pay for 2 implants so please learn from my mistake people 😉
7:47 or if you switch hands to shoot due to cover on right side and forcing you to shoot with your left you can use your right hand to reload on that side of the plate carrier (for those who switch shoulders for shooting depending on how and where you get cover) having spare mags on the opposite side is always nice in those situations
Great setup at all. I still use the (minimalist) battle belt for my secondary equipment. Thanks a lot for the headgear explanations. I prefer peltors without microphones. Hate cables and microphones while switching my primary from shoulder to shoulder.
wish there was a Airsoft form or page to see all the airsoft events in my area. In Sothern SoCal. Want to start getting new airsoft gear but believe need more objective or larger games to need more airsoft gear
G3 pants and shirt are great they are consistent in sizing across all brnds and come in every color and pattern i highly recommend the laylax battle mask. very comfortable and its made from polycarbonate. which hends not shatter. and 8t looks cool ar
If you mean your eyes should be fully sealed, go with the regular large goggles. There are also ones that will fit prescription glasses. Both are compatible with the AntiFog Unit. If you are looking for a full face protection, you can't go wrong with a Dye mask.
Because I have a very bad experience with Hero 8 (we currently have 3 pcs) and they just randomly turn off, overheat, etc. Just not reliable. I finally lost the patience with gopros when I was diving and it turned off underwater and refused to turn on until I removed the battery - kinda hard when you're diving. And it did this multiple times on several dives. Maybe the newer ones are better, I don't know and I'm not willing to try anymore. Insta360 works great. Everytime I push a button, it does what it needs to do and I never lost any footage since I got it. Works great while freediving too, no issues. The Hero Session5 on the shoulder is old, still ok for the size. But it has its quirks.
@@JosefMucha100 had the same experience with my GoPro hero 6 however this was due to lack of cleaning, prior to using it for airsoft I used it for recording swimming trips with my cousins in the Philippines and after these trips I would just leave it soaked in salt water after a while i saw a significant drop in overall performance this was due to the saltwater forming salt crystals however after some elbow grease and acetone the GoPro was clean and I saw an increase in performance
I would switch coms ti your other side - need that mag more often than your radio settings. 3 ar mags is a bit on the low side and what are you using for mouth protection? Thanks for the clear vid 😊
All depends on your playstyle and where you play and how long the games are. For shorter games 3 mags + the one in the replica is more than plentiful. Also these could be 250 round midcaps. Which should be more than enough either way.
I suggest stop using the "there is nothing wrong with them" in the phrase. Stick to the subject, and if you compare items there is no reason to even suggest that there might have been something wrong with one or the other. I know that in airsoft many things get changed because something went wrong with the other one but that was not the subject of the video 🙂 You have a pattern Joseph 🙂
it helped... thx. Now its time to do some calculus
lokey same.. first day and they gave me homework :,(

Very interesting, now I will talk to my bank advisor (my wife) if I can afford it..
Charts, bring charts
I personally use my PPSh one drum magazine, goggles, jackboots, blouse from 1949 and steel helmet :D
Just received my Plate carrier, thank you so much for changing the game.

I actually have a 15€ M62 camo suit used by the Finnish parachute jaegers. Bought it from the army surplus so yeah :)
Does drilling the holes in the diving case really make a difference? i always overheat
I wish I could tell you but I don't really know. It should... if not, it at least makes me feel better. :D
@@WTP_DAVE I’ve drilled holes in my and so far I’ve had no issues.

will the lightweight plates come back in store soon?
What do you recommend for eye protection that is full seal, every field where I live requires it.

Is the primary still vfc base gbbr
Do you also run a chest rig?
Sometimes, yes. But it depends on the game style.

for years..! does that include BEFORE you started working this the company..?

Why will you never go back to GoPro’s? I’m just curious
