اور گھی بھی زیادہ نہیں میڈیم ہی گرم ہونا چاہیے جلیبی بنانے سے پہلے البتہ ٹھنڈا نہیں ہونا چاہیے ورنہ جلیبی پھولے گی نہیں اور زیادہ گرم ہوگا تو آپ سے گول اچھی سے نہیں بنے گی
