How come nobody from the company has commented on the person that stated that he had his rent stolen from his account? I would think seriously before signing on to this platform.
Great Interview Jason! I had already signed up with them to manage my own properties here in Florida and have already dealt with Latchel separately for my 18 units in Wyoming. You can't beat the pricing and it's so much more simple then Buildium which I used to use and way cheaper!
BEWARE! The RentRedi interface is not secure!! My landlord account was hacked only to learn that RentRedi allowed my bank information to be changed three times within a week without notifying me. Rents were collected in full, redirected and sent to a stranger. Ryan and Ed Barone have gone silent and have stopped communicating. I urge all users to evaluate your risks associated with this flimsy interface and use another system. I have reason to believe that this breach is part of a larger scam.
