In India such technolgy adopted by the first Chem Process Systems, Dhrangadhra, Gujarat. The advanced technolgy are availble in the world but who will adopt. I have observed that when India adopt advanced technolgy then they are not maintaing for a longer period. In abroad, advanced coutries are prepared biochar from waste materials but in India many peoples are not knowing what is biochsr. So we are behond in advancing technology.
It is not possible to produce huge production of napier per acre. It is a highly exhaustive crops and in a year we harvested 6 to 7 crops so obviously more uptake of nutrients. If we increases more carbon in soil then forage production will be increasing but it is not vaible. We have to look cost benefit ratio also.
The average production of Super Napier is 350 to 500 tons per hectare and it is viable for Bio-CNG production. 200 acres land requested for 5/6 tons BIO-CNG daily production. We have to add daily 100 tons chopped green forage in a digestor.
