I tried working out at home but I can’t get motivated. I really need to go to a gym where I’m around other people. Early mornings don’t work for me. I feel very lucky that I work at home so I can take an afternoon break and go to the gym then when it’s not too crowded. I’m a lifting weights girl, so hard to have all that equipment at home.
it's awesome that you have your routine down like that! I'm the total opposite - if I don't do it early mornings, I talk myself out of it by the afternoon 😅
@@newyorkpleaseI’m a former college athlete so I actually love working out. The gym is my happy place and escape. I go to the gym in the afternoon as a reward after getting work done. I have to force myself to do boring work tasks, but never working out! 😂
