Just played Final Conflict for the second time. Although I prefer Sword of Hayja this one is almost as good. Great connections to the other Shining games and a well delivered narrative overall. Honorable characters like Lynx really help this game to stand out.
What a beauty 8-bit game. I, as a brazilian Master System player, always wait some Master System translated port :(. Now, thanks internet, these walls are done :) .
Great video! I can't remember how long it's been since I played this, but it brought back some great memories. You were thorough and still made it fun.
Book 1? What is that, Shining Force CD? You meant Scenario 1, right? Just kidding. "The way things are going, would you mind watching it about a thousand times?" Can't help but notice that the post pandemics state changed quite a bit and I've noticed that people are not into the same things they were 5 or 8 years ago, as expected, it includes retro gaming channels/videos. I could be wrong, but this is my perception, like the subject's heyday was from 2010 to 2020, maybe a bit longer due to the pandemics? I only say this because members of My Life in Gaming and GameSack hinted this somewhat here and there. And also we usually notice the numbers as well, in fact, many channels basically halted posting new content, and again, this doesn't apply to every retro/gaming channel out there. PS: I've watched the whole episode.
OK, you definitely got me there on SF 3, lol. Yes, scenario 1. I'll add a card there later. As for the views, for me, my channel is WAY up the last couple of months, except for this video. As I write this, it has under 100 views in nearly 6 hours. The last few videos hit that number in a few minutes. I knew this one wouldn't do quite as well because of the subject, but it's doing worse than average for one in this series, too. Oh well, I'm not going to let it bother me or anything, I was just trying to give it a little nudge to see if I could help it a bit. If it flops, it flops, life goes on.
@@InglebardGaming It's easy for me to say, but numbers aside, the most important thing is that you are doing whatever you feel like, there are many, many channels with millions of viewers where the creators aim to attract as many people as possible. I don't think that is natural at all. Everything became so plastic past the 00's, back in the 90's, we would play games, listen to music or watch something on our on or with relatives/friends and that sufficed. In any case, I hope you get the numbers, if you really want them. It's just that many of these videos are way too niche.
Yeah, for me, I don't see the channel as ever being more than a hobby or very minor side gig. I'm a full time HS teacher so this is just a spare time deal where I make the kind of stuff I'd like to watch.
Yaayyy! Finally a new Shining Force video!💖

It was interesting playing it again after having recently played all the other ones, made the connections stand out a lot more!

Yup, looks great and it's fantastic that it's translated so way more people can enjoy it now!

Seems like it'll be a while until he does Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon
Won't be too long, should be before the end of the year, I'm starting the SF III videos soon!
