Nice truck. Only thing i would do now is fix the door sag. Go to a machine shop and get them to make better door bushing made out of thicker bronze. They can get the bronze that has oil impregnated in it. They use it on air planes. If your holes are not warped you can drill them out to take the bigger bushings. Just my .02

You can remove the strip and weld up the hole. smooth it out and get re-crome or strip and paint to match
