I know that dropping out of college, in your 20s, might seem like the key to your happiness right now, but as someone who made that decision five years ago, I’m here tot tell you that leaving university will not automatically make your life better…it may even make things “worse”.
For anyone who is on the brink of leaving, I see you because Ive been there, but I have some personal insight and thoughts you may want to consider before calling a quits.
In todays video, i share my experience with leaving university, my reasons for doing so and reflect on what lessons Ive learned since leaving the University of Kent.
    TIMESTAMPS
    0:00 - 1:43 Intro
1:44 - 1:52 Do you make an effort to socialise at uni?
1:53 - 2:40 Do you open yourself up to new potential friends?
2:41 - 3:07 Are you causing your own loneliness?
    3:08 - 3:31 You can’t succeed in school without a vision
3:32 - 4:32 Be individualistic to access more opportunities
4:33 - 5:05 Are you obsessed with being “the fun girl”?

Nothing works if you don’t!!! Leaving a job, leaving uni, moving cities, cutting 7 inches of hair. None of these things work if you don’t put thought and effort into the steps following those ‘big’ moves! Love the video.

I loved this, with the montage of videos giving it a documentary-type feel 🫶🏾 coming of age even

This absolutely makes sense! I don't like glorifying the reality of dropping out (because I'm a drop out as well but I'm happily content now), I believe it'll take much more effort to start everything on your own! I had fun in uni though, friends, schoolwork, many opportunities and I got into a good uni, but I considered dropping out due to the lack of passion for my previous major, and it was a huge risk in my life. And it forced me to actually work on myself, happiness was not an option in the first few months (years)!
Thank you so much for sharing this, I think everything has two sides and your life can only get better because you chose to, not because of a mere decision! I'll look forward to more videos from you!

We donot care about lising friends, and no parties. Discipline, dedication and hardwork. No emotions. And grind for sucess every day, no matter what. This is for what we drop out of school as school never teaches this
