      Do you want to convert it in BC itself or? Can you breif the flow

    • @revathithirunavukarasu6923

      Yes want to do it in bc only. I have set of excels like project purchase order, project purchase requisition, project budget, project cashflow and project dashboard. I want to convert this excels into pdf in bc. Is it possible to do?

    • @gomstechtalks
      @gomstechtalks  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can directly convert it from Excel itself. Basically, doing through BC many need XMLPorts to convert. So from Excel itself you can convert it

      But how? For eg. In my project purchase order excel I have so many columns like po date, po no. Supplier, usd, rate, utilised, over utilised, yet to utilised, status, credit term, estimated payment date, budget cost utilised, remarks and entity. I tried to design a layout for these columns in word using purchase order report. I can able to columns from purchase order from xml pane. But don't know where to get remaining fields. So many fields are not present in purchase order page. Is this approach is correct to do?

      Hi, great to see that you are doing projects in BC. At present I am handling batch sessions for corporates and I don't have time for individual sessions. These videos are recorded during night time after my work hours. I can't help you with individual sessions immediately. Hope you can understand.

      Hi Ratnesh,
      I have explained how to aggregate the functions in the "multiple tables in a single report" video. You can go to that parameter and use sum function to sum the balance.

      You can use it in the query or page. Not on report.
