- Russia President Vladimir Putin's new defence minister Andrei Belousov has alleged secret US military operations near Russia. Major allegations from Belousov include American spy drones flying over the Black Sea, where some of Russia's naval forces are stationed. Moscow has warned of heightening risk of direct Russia-NATO confrontation over the American operations. Putin's minister is also soliciting ideas for a "rapid response" to the "provocations". This comes amidst Russia's nuclear weapons exercises, creating a new flashpoint in global security. Watch the full video for more.

The beach was in 3 military targets. 3 the small release of cluster munitions proves the missile was intercepted partially, which is why a few munitions fell on the beach. 4, WHY is Russia sending people to vacation in an active war?
So what would Americas response be if Russia or China started doing this in Mexico or south America? Mr. Putin has tremendous tolerance/ patience, lord help us if it runs out.

The use of cluster bombs itself does not violate international law, but using them against civilians can be a violation. As in any strike, determining a war crime requires looking at whether the target was legitimate and if precautions were taken to avoid civilian casualties
sure, they target something with no military advantage and completely out of character, instead of many military targets close by. russia targets civilians, not Ukraine.
