Yes you made mistakes, everyone does at first. The important thing is that you learned from them. You should get a lot of points just for stating a business at the age of 16! I can confirm that packaging stuff up for the Post Office isn't very fun. I think that's a reason why I'm getting into dropshipping so someone else can do the boring stuff for me and I can just focus on the more creative part of the business.
Anyway I would like to thank you because you inspire my entrepreneurial spirit once again. In our culture here in the Philippines, we are expected to have a job until we die. We are only respected when we have a job. I resigned because I wanted to explore and try alternative things...and yet after failing one time my mom told me how disappointed she is to me and that I'm just a lazy person who can't go to work. Take note that I have a mental illness which is the main factor why I don't enjoy the employment setup. I got stuck for what it seems like a long time...and I consider myself a failure all the time because of what my mom told me...but you reminded me of who I am. I am a woman who is not afraid to fall over and over because I know how to get back up everytime. I am a woman not afraid to take chances and risks because I don't care what the world will say about my choices. The only reason why I was deeply hurt by my mom's words was because it came from her, someone I care about and have a big weight in my heart. I decided last christmas to cut my emotional ties with my mom...and stop trying to please her and stop listening to whatever she has to say to me.
But long story short...thank you. It's been so long and I've forgotten who I truly am, until you reminded me of it. ☺

Thanks for Your sincerely and useful video! Successful people learn as much as possible from mistakes. It is not always easy to decide between quantity and quality, making greater profit or offering better quality to an affordable price to the buyers. Usually creative people are not the most disciplined and that's why they are not good at doing things they don't want to do. Some people prefer printful instead of printify(cheaper) due to the better quality. Teenager must support greater changes of the organism in a short period of time and that may also lead to strange behaviour like lazyness, outbursts, dazlyness and many others. Multiple items/accessories is a good point. When I worked at an electronics store, the actual product we would sell would earn an ok commission but if you were able to sell cables, surge protector, case, etc, those products offered a way higher payout and made the company a TON of money as the accessories never cost as much to manufacture.

Back in the early 2000s my wife and I at the time had an eBay business sell in women's plus size clothing from our home. After a few years she didn't want to do it anymore because of the logistics. of packing and shipping clothes out twice a week and answering customer questions on specific measurments on different clothing items etc. It must be nice now a days to have a business where shipping and handling and customer service is all out sourced.
