If you had to choose only one pair of CrossFit shoes, which one would you pick?
My weekly workouts include weightlifting 2 out of 5 days, running sets of 200 to 400 meters 3 out of 5 days, and general CrossFit exercises.
I currently use the Dropset 2 and the Metcon 9. I was thinking about getting the TYR CXT-2, but I’m not sure if they’re the ideal choice or if it’s just the hype because so many CrossFitters use them.
Which one would you recommend I buy?

CXT-2 can be a great bet. Good for lifting/CF and will work for that distance, imo!
