Steamed pumpkin cake is a Cambodian traditional dessert or snack. You can find it at almost every fresh market.
Ingredients:
1lb [500g] Peeled pumpkin
Banana leaf
1/2cup [120ml] Coconut Milk
1/4cup [40g] Glutinous Rice Flour
1 1/4cup [180g] Rice Flour
1/2cup [120g] Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
Shredded Coconut
