Monsoon season hits Johor Bahru

Kampung Mohd Amin is again facing flooding issues, a challenge that the village endures with each rainfall due to the overflow from the nearby monsoon drain. "We were flooded out 12 times last year," shared a resident confidently. With the monsoon season in full swing, the residents have lost track of how many times they’ve submerged this year. Responding swiftly to the situation,j water, and biscuits are on the way to support those in need," said Ms Farrah Baptist, Ihsan Johor's chief executive.
Also coming is a water pump to quickly remove the flood water from their homes.
